Hiring - Experienced Carpenter

Small Remodeling Company looking to hire well rounded, self motivated remodeling carpenter.

MUST have a minimum OSHA 10 card. Must have good customer relation skills and be able to work with homeowners in a professional manner, speak fluent English. Pay is based upon experience, but ranges from $40K to $46K annually. Please respond via email with a resume and contact information

• MUST have a minimum of 5 years experience.
• Must have own tools, truck, a clean driving record, and be able to pass background check and drug test.
• MUST be versed in all aspects of RESIDENTIAL REMODELING.

Skills in the following areas are a required:

• Light Framing (wood)
• Drywall (tape, texture & patching)
• Light Concrete
• Light Electrical (change switch/outlet/light)
• Light Plumbing (set toilet, change faucets)
• Painting, Cabinetry
