A smooth construction project starts with a smooth construction process. At Chermac Builders we make any home addition or construction project as smooth on the homeowner as possible. Here is what you can expect to happen from design to build.
Step 1 – Let’s get started! A contractor will come to your property and complete a full consultation. During this initial meeting the collaboration and planning begins.
Step 2 – An estimate for your project will be created. We will reach out to suppliers and subcontractors to custom build you a quote as close to your final price as possible.
Step 3 – Contractors are scheduled and materials are ordered. We work with top quality and highly sought after tradespersons to ensure that your project isn’t stalled due to a lack of materials or delay in their delivery.
Step 4 – Construction is underway. Every step has lead up to this process being as tightly scheduled as possible. Our goal is that once we begin the construction portion of your project, that we can complete it within the amount of time promised. That means that our team stays on top of suppliers and contractors, ensuring that work continues until the entire project is complete.
Step 5 – Status updates and periodic walkthroughs during construction. We work hard to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with the quality of work as it comes together. During step 4 you can expect for our team to complete periodic walkthroughs between phases, providing you with status updates, ensuring that communication remains open and transparent.
Step 6 – Final inspection. When our work is finished we will ask that you accompany us on a final inspection. We back up the work performed with our satisfaction guarantee.
